In celebration of Asian Heritage Month throughout North America, experience the dynamic sights 
and sounds of Spectacular Korea. Renowned for their fluid elegance and exquisite beauty, 
Korean dance and rhythms are inspired by thousands of years of history. 

The acclaimed Vancouver Korean Dance Society will perform a selection of breathtaking dances 
that feature stunning silk costumes, skillful use of fans and swords, and masterful choreography. 

Korean Music Academy of Vancouver will sweep you away to the "Land of the Morning Calm" with 
folk melodies and resonating sounds of a unique Korean instrument called kayageum. Using an 
assortment of Korean drums and cymbals, Team CheonDoong (Team Thunder) incorporates 
traditional rhythms into a mesmerizing performance. A colourful cultural event that's not to be missed!
