College of Business Administration, Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti MI, USA.  

She is also President & CEO of Sensei Change Associates LLC, a consulting practice in strategy, 
organization development, executive coaching, cultural competency, and meeting facilitation.  

She has consulted for major corporations including Whirlpool, Daimler Chrysler and Honda Motor Company.
