KELLY IP Kelly Ip retired from the Federal Public Service in 1997, having spent almost 30 years both in Ottawa and Vancouver working for a number of Government Departments such as the Secretary of State, Multiculturalism & Citizenship, Canadian Heritage and Citizenship & Immigration. Since his retirement he has been actively involved in many voluntary organizations, Chair, Advisor and Director of a number of boards of social and community agencies and organizations. He is a Marriage Commissioner appointed by Government of British Columbia and received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Award from the Government of Canada and the Distinguished Service Award from the Vancouver Multicultural Society in recognition for his service to the community.
